Unlike ordinary halwa which is made from cornflour or maida, authentic Madugula Halwa is prepared from wheat milk (extracted from wheat grains soaked for 3 days), cooked in high-quality pure cow ghee and organic jaggery, topped with cashew nuts. This gives it a unique texture and rich taste.
Our halwa is prepared fresh without any artificial preservatives. It has a natural shelf-life of 25 to 30 days when stored in an airtight container at room temperature. Avoid using wet spoons.
