Every batch is crafted following our ancestral 1890 method — strictly cooked on traditional firewood stoves (Kattela Poyyi) using pure wheat extract, organic jaggery, and pure cow ghee.
STEP 01
Selected high-grade whole wheat grains are submerged in fresh water for 3 full days to initiate natural, slow fermentation.
STEP 02
The soaked wheat is hand-ground and squeezed to extract concentrated raw wheat milk (Godhuma Palu), discarding gluten fiber.
STEP 03
Slowly boiled on traditional firewood hearths (Kattela Poyyi) in copper cauldrons with organic jaggery syrup, stirred continuously for hours.
STEP 04
Generous streams of pure desi cow ghee are churned in, finished with roasted cashews and aromatic cardamom for an authentic melt.
